General

Aeroval, Inc./StarterGenerator.com is constantly improving its products and services and reserves the right to make such improvements or changes to this website, the materials, products, services or prices posted in this website as it deems necessary, without prior notice. Some offers may be promotional with pricing subject to change without prior notice.  FAA8130-3 alone does not constitute installation certification. In all cases, aircraft maintenance records must contain an installation certification issued in accordance with the national regulations by the user/installer before aircraft may be flown.

StarterGenerator.com can supply all listed items except those protected by a previously granted license, or some exclusive agreement which makes such items proprietary to a particular entity such as airframe manufacturers. Some items listed may be military use only and not FAA-PMA approved. All starter generators are represented and sold as Aircraft Parts Corp. part numbers only. We do not supply nor represent starter generators under the airframe manufacturer part number and the airframe manufacturer part number will not be included on the starter generator I.D. plate. All prices quoted in U.S. Dollars / FOB: Houston, Tx. Discounts may vary by item.

StarterGenerator.com Core Return Policy

All exchange prices are quoted based on receipt of an acceptable core within 15 calendar days from invoice date. Acceptable cores are defined as same part numbered units identically configured and equivalent in mod status to those provided on exchange. Cores are to be normal removals and not subjects of severe stress or heat as in major engine failure, fire, crash, water submersion, cannibalization, bearing failure, long start, abnormal wear, etc. If the return unit is found beyond economical repair, the lesser of the pre-determined BER price and outright price would apply, depending on specific program. For exchange programs that accept competitor cores and/or BER cores, those units must be complete uncanniballized non-incident cores as removed from a flying aircraft with data plate included. Units must be like replacements from same aircraft application. Cores may have been determined BER by prior inspection, but for all programs cores must contain all original parts with no unapproved parts installed. StarterGenerator.com may consider alternate manufacturer units and those with similar part number but equal or greater core value, as acceptable cores. Call to verify acceptance before returning these particular units. In some cases, upfront core deposit may be required.

StarterGenerator.com shall retain all rights, title and interest to its website including all intellectual property rights therein and thereto. StarterGenerator.com and other StarterGenerator.com graphics, logos, images, service names and service marks are trademarks of StarterGenerator.com, a DBA and division of Aeroval, Inc.

StarterGenerator.com is a registered mark owned by Aeroval, Inc.  Aeroval is a registered mark owned by Aeroval, Inc. All logos, brands, trademarks and registered trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners.

Indemnity

Seller and Buyer shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aeroval, Inc. (StarterGenerator.com) and it's employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns, from any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that Aeroval, Inc. (StarterGenerator.com) may sustain or incur arising from (a) the Buyer's use of any products purchased from Aeroval, Inc. (StarterGenerator.com) or Sellers/Advertisers through use of this website, (b) Aeroval, Inc. (StarterGenerator.com)'s or the Seller/Advertister's or Buyer's, as applicable, alleged failure or failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations or to obtain any licenses or approvals from the appropriate government agencies necessary to purchase and use or sell the products, (c) Aeroval, Inc. (StarterGenerator.com)'s or the Seller/Advertiser's or Buyer's, as applicable, alleged breach or proven breach of any obligations set forth in these Terms, (d) any inaccuracy, error, delay, or omission, non-performance, interruption of information due either to any negligent act or omission by Aeroval, Inc. (StarterGenerator.com) or its Users/Sellers/Suppliers/Advertisers or to any "force majeure" (i.e. flood, extraordinary weather conditions, earthquake, or other act of God, fire, war, insurrection, riot, labor dispute, accident, action of government, communications, power failure, or equipment of software malfunction) or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Aeroval, Inc. (StarterGenerator.com) or its Users, Sellers, Suppliers, Advertisers.

Purchase Policy / Qualified Inventory

New / OH Parts
All items must be new, genuine, and qualify as "F.A.A. Approved Parts", as defined by U.S. DOT/FAA AC 20-62D, or latest revision and/or FAR21.303 / 21.305. In the case of used, serviceable, repaired, and overhauled items, compliance with FAR part 43/JAR 145/EASA 145 and proper F.A.A. Maintenance Release/Serviceable (FAA8130-3/EASA Form 1/JAA Form 1) tags are required. An industry acceptable material certification (certificate of conformance) indicating traceability to F.A.A. approved source/manufacturing procedure must accompany goods shipped. Seller warrants that title to subject material is free and clear of any liens and encumbrances.

Cores (as removed)
All cores (as removed units), are purchased subject to verification that cores meet "standard" criteria for overhaul. "Standard", meaning economically repairable, with no replacement necessary of major component parts. Cores must be normal removal and not subjects of severe stress or heat as in major engine failure, accident, fire, water submersion, cannibalization, inept repair or any other abnormal condition. Seller warrants that title to cores mentioned herein, is free and clear of any liens and encumbrances.
