Nell-Joy Freedom Pack FAA-PMA Hardware Kits - Future Supply Disruption

Dear Valued Customer,

We have been informed by Nell-Joy Industries, Inc. of future plans to close their New York facility relating to the associated real estate sale. Since this is the production facility for the Freedom Pack kits, we anticipate a supply disruption soon, as they wind down operations and will no longer be able to supply the kits to us. Based on trailing demand, we currently have an approximate 2 month supply of kits on hand and in the production pipeline. After this stock is consumed, we will not be receiving any replenishment. While we are currently working on a succession plan that would allow for continued supply in the future with a new owner of the product line, there can be no assurance made with respect to the timing or favorable outcome of this endeavor. Current stock is available for a limited time and subject to prior sale. We will keep you posted on the possibility of offering this product or a similar solution in the future.
