Unison’s flat rate exchange price covers most non-standard replacement parts with no bill-backs. That means items like shafts, terminal blocks, end bells, etc. which are traditionally considered bill-back items, are included in the OEM flat rate exchange price at no extra charge. This gives customers the comfort of finite price visibility and limits their upside cost exposure in case their core unit is found B.E.R.
